Small operations taught me to wear every hat and build every system myself. Mid-tier environments taught me how to specialize and lead through a team. Large-format leadership taught me the most valuable lesson of my career: sustainable results don't come from working harder. They come from building systems, relationships, and culture that produce results even when you're not in the room.

Along the way, I've done more than manage stores. I co-created a train-the-trainer program that made an entire organization self-sustaining. I drove shrink reduction not through surveillance but through culture and cross-departmental relationships — because operational loss is a people problem before it's a process problem. I collaborated with local law enforcement and the U.S. Secret Service on high-stakes investigations. I served as a district-level trainer. I navigated multi-site operations where an off-site warehouse functioned as a business within a business.

The through-line across all of it: I find what's broken, build the system that fixes it, and develop the people who sustain it.
